Sadhana International School Model United Nations (SIISMUN) is a premier platform that empowers students of Grades IX to XII to become confident, informed, and responsible global citizens through meaningful engagement with contemporary international and national issues. Building on the remarkable success of its inaugural edition, SIISMUN 2026 – Second Edition aims to inspire the next generation of leaders by fostering diplomacy, dialogue, collaboration, and innovative problem-solving.
Message from the Secretary General
Dear Delegates,
Welcome to SIISMUN! I am Janani Ramanathan and your secretary general for this year’s SIISMUN. It gives me immense pride and joy to welcome you all to our school’s Model United Nations. As a secretary general,it is both an honour and responsibility to open the doors for the platform where ideas meet, perspectives collide and change begins. Participating in MUN has been my passion for a while now. Throughout my participation in MUN’s, whether being a delegate or chair or organising committee, I had wonderful experiences and made unforgettable memories. MUN has also taught me to research deeply, speak confidently,collaborate meaningfully and most important-listen. I hope you enjoy your experience this year at SIISMUN ’26!
